Export

Oosawa can export data in several formats for usage in external applications.

Export .DF3 files

Use this functions for converting sequential images, or exporting processed (for example, level-adjusted) volume data to .df3 files for the usage in Pov-Ray.
Data displayed as volume in data slot 0 would be exported.

Snapshot exporting would output data at current time.
Sequential exporting would output data in working area. Select path and initial number of sequence.

Export Sequential Images.

Z-stacked sequential images would be exported as a snapshot volume data. Double sequential (t and z dependent) sequences exportion is not implemented.

Export Isosurface

Oosawa can export isosurface as polygons. Export as .pov file and .obj file is implemented.

In .pov file, Mesh2 format of Pov-Ray Scene Description Language is used. You can use the data by #include-ing from other .pov files.

.obj (wavefront object) format is popular format in 3DCG softwares. They can possess material and texture information, but not implemented in Oosawa yet. Only vertices information would be exported.

Snapshot exporting would output isosurface at current time.
Sequential exporting would output isosurface in working area. Select path and initial number of sequence.
