The Property panel is used to edit rendering/object properties.
The header contains various menus and controls.
Icons on the top line ara for selector of properties. Click them to select following properties.
Rendering property, such as output filename or type, stereogram setting or so.
Filters properties. Filters controls effect on output imagse, such as exposure or glare effect.
Object properties, such as object type, camera angle, settings of light, etc.
Material settings, such as coloring, texture, shader settings, etc.
Modifier settings. Modifier is a small piece of effect that act on an object.
Process settings. Process is a smaill piece of effect that act on data.
File format settings. Edit file format to read simulation data.
Information. This panel shows several information of object. Mainly for debugging. |
Basic parameters for rendering and output of image(s) can be configured in this panel.
Details of rendering parameters are described in the sction "Rendering / Output Image(s)."
Basic parameters for each object can be configured in this panel. Panels for different object type have different layout respectively.
See the pages for each object type.

Filter is a piece of effect on output image, such as blur or glare.
You can add a filter from "add filter" button and delete each filter by clicking delete icon.
Filters are processed from top to down. The order of filters can be changed by dragging grip icon.
Currently following filters are implemented.
Exposure | This filter controls brightness or coloring of output image. |
Blur | This filter blur output image. |
Glare | This filter add glaring effect on output image |
Remove Alpha | This filter remove alpha value of output image. |
Overlay | This filter overlay an image on output image. |
Modifier is a piece of effet on object.
You can add a mofidier from "add modifier" button and delete each modifier by clicking delete icon.
Basically modilters are processed from top to down. But some modifiers works regardless of its order. The order of modifiers can be changed by dragging grip icon.
Currently following modifiers are implemented.
Tracking | This modifier change objects direction according to a target object. |
Array Copy | This modifier copy objects in array. |
Trimming | Volume data only. Trim the viewing box. |
Texture Space Modifier | Volume data only. Modifing texture space. |
Sequence Remap | Data only. Remap sequential data. |
Process is piece of effect on data object. It is like modifier. Effects on data itself, (not on parameters about how to render it), is classified to Process.
Currently following process are implemented.
Volume Boolean | This remove part of volume. |
Volume Downsizing | Downsize volume data. |
Particle Filtering | This filters particles. Useful when you want to see some selected particles. |
Streamlize Filtering | This filters streamlines. Useful when you want to see some selected streams. |
File format to read data can be edited in format tab. Currently, file format for particle data can be edited.
See the document for data format in details.
