UseWin32Clipboard Ver. 1.92

（※ for Blender for Windows. 2.83 or later.）

Win32Clipboard というライブラリを利用して、Blender 上の操作として画像をクリップボードにコピーしたり、クリップボードから張り付けたりします。
また、画像のクリッピング用のツールを追加します。
名前から分かるように、Windows 用のアドオンですが、クリッピング用のツール部分は、他のOSでも機能すると思います。(Linuxでのみ確認)

This add-on enables blender to copy and paste images from/to clipboard.
Also, clipping tool for image is included.
